Petition for Ranked Choice Voting for Hopkins City Elections

We, the undersigned, registered voters of the City of Hopkins, Minnesota, understanding the terms and nature of the attached proposal to amend the Charter of the City of Hopkins to require use of Ranked Choice Voting in City elections, hereby petition for submission of the proposed amendment to the voters for their approval at the appropriate election, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 410.
